HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service at support@pulard.com and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We process orders quickly to ensure you receive your jewelry as soon as possible. You're free to make any changes before clicking "Complete Order." After that, we may not be able to modify your order, but please contact us here as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@pulard.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you are welcome to return the item within 60 days for a full refund.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pulard.com.

We are unable to update delivery information once an order has been fulfilled, so it’s important to reach out to us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to assist you.

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Please use our returns portal to return your item to us.

Our returns period is currently 60 working days and starts from the date you receive your order.

We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days during busy times of the year.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Yes! If you would like to exchange for another size or for any other reason, you’re welcome to do so within 60 days of receiving your order. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Receiving your refund

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days.

However in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days during the busy time of year.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

Please note shipping and shipping insurance costs are not refundable.

We offer two-year warranty on all our jewelry. Manufacturing defects like breakage or tarnishing are covered in this time and we're committed to replacing these quickly and at no cost. Contact us If you have any questions about warranty and what is covered.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

Always store your jewelry pieces individually, preferably in your Pulard soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Your gold vermeil and silver jewelry should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place.

All our Pulard sterling silver jewelry is rhodium plated which protects the silver from exposure and helps reduce long-term tarnishing.
